How accurate is the translation?

It's AI, not a certified interpreter — strong for conversation and coordination, but verify names, dates, and booking references in the transcript. We don't position it for healthcare, legal, or emergency use.

Do hotels or suppliers need to install anything?

No. You call a normal phone number from your browser; they just answer on whatever phone they already use.

Can we keep call records on the booking file?

Yes — export or copy the transcript, summary, and action list onto the booking today. Native booking-system and CRM sync is on the roadmap.

Does billing flex with the season?
