Parlacall for Freight & Logistics

Call carriers in any language. And keep what was agreed.

Call your carriers, agents, and suppliers from the browser, with live translation. No app for them. No per-seat fee. Every exception call comes back as a transcript and summary you keep.

Or call without translation when you don't need it — the same browser dialer, the same shared wallet, billed by the minute.

Call with live translation
$1.11/min

Per-minute, from one shared wallet. No per-seat fee. Final pricing set with you.

Built for freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, and supplier-ops teams.

The problem

Exception calls leak time and money.

  • A customs hold. A missing pallet. Only a phone call fixes it — now, across a language barrier.
  • So you book an interpreter, lean on one bilingual coordinator, or guess.
  • Then the call ends, and what was agreed lives in someone's memory.
  • Parlacall
    From $0.03/min
Pay per minute — no per-seat fee, no subscription.
  • Phone interpreters
    $2.21–$3.95/min
Slow to arrange for a five-minute fix (market estimate).
  • Per-seat phone systems
    $15–$35/user/mo
Billed whether you call or not (market estimate).

What you'll see in week one

What you'll see in week one.

Phone interpreters run $2.21–$3.95/min (market estimate) — that's the spend a captured, translated call avoids.

  • Your first translated carrier call, often the same day you talk to us.
  • Every call comes back as a transcript you can paste straight into your TMS.
  • Measure it yourself: interpreter spend avoided, and how many calls you captured that used to live in someone's memory.

Run it on the calls you'd make anyway, then compare the cost and the record against how you handle those calls today.

FAQ

Questions freight teams ask before they try it.

Which languages are supported?

13 languages with live two-way voice translation, covering the major cross-border trade corridors. Tell us your lanes and we'll confirm coverage.

How accurate is it on noisy lines and customs terms?

It's strong for conversation and coordination, but it's AI, not a certified interpreter. Confirm container IDs, numbers, and cut-offs in the transcript — the transcript is your check.

Can we export transcripts and summaries to our TMS?

Yes — export or copy transcripts, summaries, and action lists today. Native TMS/CRM sync is on the roadmap.

Is recording legal where we operate?

Recording is off by default and disclosed when on, with stricter confirmation in markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Poland. You control it per workspace.

How does billing work?

A platform fee plus per-minute usage from one shared team wallet — no per-seat charge. Set a default budget and spend limits per coordinator.

Try it on your next carrier call.

Tell us about your team and we'll set up your trial — often the same day. No card.

If the calls aren't clear enough to work for your team, we'll tell you straight — you've spent nothing.

No card.
