Is this a translator app or a phone system?

Neither — it's translated international calling for teams: real browser-to-phone calls to ordinary numbers, with live translation in the call and a transcript after. The other side installs nothing.

Do you record calls?

Only if you turn it on. Recording is off by default and disclosed when on, with stricter confirmation in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Poland.

How accurate is the translation?

It's AI, not a certified interpreter — strong for conversation and coordination, but verify names, numbers, and binding terms in the transcript. We don't position it for healthcare, legal, or emergency use.

Which languages are supported?

13 languages with live two-way translation, plus calls to 180+ countries. Tell us your language pairs and we'll confirm the fit.

Is our data secure, and who on the team can see calls?

Access is role-based — admins set who can call and who can see transcripts. Records stay in your workspace, recording is off by default, and retention is confirmed at setup.

How does billing work?
