Is it accurate enough for technical specs?
- It's AI, not a certified interpreter — strong for conversation and coordination, but confirm specs out loud, check the transcript, and put the final spec in writing. The written spec governs. We don't position it for healthcare, legal, or emergency use.
Do my suppliers need to install anything?
- No. You call a normal phone number from your browser; they just answer on whatever phone they already use.
Can we export transcripts and summaries to our ERP?
- Yes — export or copy transcripts, summaries, and action lists today. Native ERP/CRM sync is on the roadmap.
Is recording legal where we operate?
- Recording is off by default and disclosed when on, with stricter confirmation in markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Poland. Transcripts don't require recording the audio.
How does billing work?
- A platform fee plus per-minute usage from one shared wallet — no per-seat charge. Add every buyer for free and set spend limits per person.
